Xoftmade is not making any kind of warranties or representations for the services being offered. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title, non-infringement, or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

No advice or information given by Xoftmade or its agents or employees shall create a warranty. Xoftmade provides no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted or error free or that any information, software or other material available on the service is free from viruses or other harmful components.

Under no circumstances Xoftmade would be responsible for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, or extensive damages that result in any way from your use of or inability to use the service, or for third party’s use of the service to access your Web space, or to access the Internet or any part thereof, or your or any third parties’ reliance on or use of information, services, or merchandise provided on or through the service, or that result from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files, errors, defects, delays in operation or transmission, or any failure of performance.

In case of Website designing Xoftmade will charge 50% payment in advance and the pending on completion of the project.

In case of not paying the pending amount in given time period, then your account could be suspended. We will give you time frame about completion of your project. If there is any delay during the project due to vendor (This is what we face many time in past that client send us advance payment, then not provide the required material on time) then we are not responsible for any delay in completion of work.

In case of no response longer than two months from client towards the project, then order will be cancelled and any advance fee will not be refunded in that case. Our website development quotations are valid for 30 days.

Xoftmade reserves the right to cancel any account / order / service without prior notice. Customers can also cancel their account / order at any time.

Xoftmade gives you an unconditional 30-day money back guarantee only for shared hosting packages. But (Domains / VPS / Dedicated Server / Certificates will not be entertained for refund). Refund requests after 30 days will not be negotiated.

Accounts cancelled by Xoftmade do not qualify for the money back guarantee. Any client can take one time refund only, if there is any history of refund then that client cannot apply for refund of any service in future. Similarly Refunded orders can’t avail any kind of discount / promotion upon re-order.

If any order with a free domain go for a refund, domain charges will be applied at actual because domains are not reversable as registered for a year or so. Domains can be used with hosting from a different provider or domains can be transferred away.

Accounts that are purchased after the demo are not eligible for a refund. To cancel an account, the client must inform before the expiry date of account. The accounts are due for renewal payment after expiry date. If an account is canceled after the expiry (or is suspended due to nonpayment) no data will be available until the pending invoices are paid.

Website Development: To start a website / web based application development we always acquire 50% or in some cases 100% advance payment depends upon nature of the project, which is always asked while discussing the project. Once project completed you have to clear all the pending dues on decided / due time frame failing in may result of website / project suspension. Any project which is over due for more than 30 days will be terminated permanently and all your advance amount and work data / files will not be refunded back.

As our regular term for 30 days Money back guarantee, any client can take only one time refund on their account which means habitual refunds or repeated refunds are not allowed.

Clients can take refund in shape of cash back or they can adjust refund amount in any new order or upcoming renewal. Orders older than 30 days are not adjustable to any other order. i.e you can’t cancel a hosting after 30 days and ask us to adjust its remaining period to any other domain or hosting order.

Any type of adjustment’s or refunds are not allowed after 30 days and only one refund is allowed in one account forever.

We offer upgrades or downgrades in all the shared hosting plans. We also adjust the price while upgrading to bigger plan. Like if you are upgrading from our Budget-1 to Budget-3 then we only charge the difference amount between these two packages and we upgrade your hosting to next level. But if you are going to downgrade from a higher plan to lower then there will be no price adjustments, like we will not make any kind of refund (any amount you paid for remaining timeline of the bigger package is not adjustable in any shape).

We only offer price adjustment benefit in shared hosting where you are going to upgrade a small shared hosting plan to bigger shared hosting plan But we do not offer any price adjustments / benefits during the upgrade of a VPS / Dedicated Servers or any kind of SSL, Licenses or any other thing.

Phishing is illegal on our network. If we found any hosting with phishing content which leads visitors to some fraudulent activities will be suspended instantly without any prior notice. We will ask for a proper reply in this case and website will not be activated until we got a proper answer from you. Normally customer doesn’t aware of such issues because they have not uploaded such content but still its client’s responsibility keep a check on their hosting property. Null, copy righted, poorly written script always cause to such issues. Normally hackers spread out such content with null plugins, themes, null php scripts. So you are always requested to uploaded well written and purchased content.

You are allocated a monthly bandwidth allowance. This allowance varies depending on the hosting package you purchase. Should your account pass the allocated amount we reserve the right to suspend the account until the start of the next allocation, suspend the account until more bandwidth is purchased at an additional fee, suspend the account until you upgrade to a higher level of package, terminate the account or charge you an additional fee for the overages.

If bandwidth consumed in illegal activities or your website is under attack then we reserve right to deny for upgrade / increase bandwidth just to avoid damage on our network.

On all of our shared hosting plans which include MSSQL or MySQL databases, MSSQL and MySQL databases are limited to 50MB in Budget Hosting, and maximum by 250MB in Business Hosting.

You can purchase additional limit as follows up to a max of 500MB, MSSQL Rs. 500/month/100MB OR MySQL Rs. 500/month/100MB If your database needs are over 0.5GB (500MB), then our assessment is the db is not appropriate for a shared hosting solution and needs a dedicated/virtual server due to resource consumption associated with databases of this size.

Information on dedicated servers is available at: https://xoftmade.com/ If you need to increase your db max size limit to one of allowed sizes above, please submit a support request specifying the max size you need and approving the associated monthly charges.

Fair Usage Policies applies on all lifetime hosting plans.

• Lifetime Hosting Plans are limited in quantity, you can get first come first serve basis.
• Lifetime Hosting means a hosting account stay alive for 10 Years.
• Lifetime Hosting Plans are not meant for reselling purpose.
• Lifetime Plan will not be upgraded / downgraded to any other package. You have to buy new plan if you want to upgrade or downgrade anything.
• Regular plans are also not upgradeable to Lifetime Hosting Plans.
• You are not allowed to host any kind of illegal / virus / spam / phishing content or copyright content which may lead to cancellation of account without warning.

Fair usage policies applied on all shared hosting plans:

• Maximum cpanel allowed in reseller plans are limited to 100
• CPU Cores: 1 for Budget Zero, Budget-1, Budget-2 Plans
• CPU Cores: 2 for Budget-3 and Budget-4 Plans
• Maximum Ram is 1GB for Budget-1 and Budget-2
• Maximum Ram is 2GB for Budget-3 Plan
• Maximum Ram is 3GB for Budget-4 Plan
• Inodes limit is 1 Million for all Business Hosting Plans
• Number of Emails per hour in Budget Plans: 50 (Whole cPanel)
• Number of Emails per hour In Business plans: 200 (Whole cPanel)
• Number of Emails per hour In Email Hosting plans: 500 (Whole cPanel)
• Email Marketing / Bulk Sending is not allowed in any package else account will be suspended

• We do not offer Over-Selling in any of our reseller hosting plan.
• Domains / Clients under a reseller wont be entertained for support, only registered contact person with us can get direct support.
• Each domain hosted under a reseller will get CPU, RAM and other resources similar to Budget Hosting Plans, refer to point (Fair Usage Policies)

Free wordpress hosting package is to entertain Beginners or Students only to learn about wordpress CMS or to present their project to their institute. We have no warranties or claims policy in this free hosting plan.

• Free hosting can be used for Three months or can be extend upto Six months upon request to sales@xoftmade.com. Each customer can get one free hosting only. After the end of the free period it can be either terminated or can be upgraded to any further plan you like.
• It could be cancelled at any time without any notice.
• Free hosting is just to support Beginners / Students to learn how to start making a website and how to use hosting platform.
• Commercial use of this free service or Illegal use is not allowed.
• Spamming or Phishing content will lead to permanent suspension of the customer account.
• Free hosting is strictly for famous TLD’s only (.com, .net, .org, .info, biz, .us, .pk)
